How to: View available network printers.
Solution:
Open 'Network Neighborhood' and open the server object to which the printer is attached.
1) Double-click the 'Network Neighborhood' icon on the desktop. (The 'Network Neighborhood' window appears, listing the computers in your workgroup.)

2) Do one of the following to browse the network:
a) Double-click the icon of the print server computer.
b) If the network server is not visible:
NOTE: The print server computer will not be visible if it is not a member of your workgroup.
1] Double-click the 'Entire Network' icon. (The 'Entire Network' window appears, listing the domains and workgroups on your network.)
2] Double-click the icon of the domain or workgroup in which the print server is located. (A list of computers in the selected workgroup or domain appears.)
3] Double-click the icon of the print server computer. (A list of shared printers and folders on the selected server computer appears.)
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to exit the 'Network Neighborhood' window.
